1. Spraying Process
Supports single-color, gradient, and color-blocking designs (e.g., Morandi tones, high-saturation bright colors). Available in matte, glossy, and fine frosted textures. The coating has strong adhesion and is compatible with various packaging materials such as glass bottles and plastic caps.
2. Screen Printing
Customizable printing for logos, product information, and patterns. Uses high-adhesion screen printing inks suitable for flat or curved surfaces (e.g., round bottles). Supports single-color or multi-color printing. Optional high-temperature curing ensures long-lasting results without smudging or fading, keeping your brand markings clear and durable.
3. Hot Stamping / Foiling
Uses imported foils in over 10 metallic colors, including gold, silver, rose gold, and champagne. High-temperature stamping bonds the metallic layer to the packaging surface with a full, non-oxidizing gloss. Supports both flat and embossed foiling, suitable for glass, ABS plastic, and other materials. Edges are smooth with no overflow, and adhesion meets the “3M tape test” standard. Commonly used for caps and bottle logos to create a luxurious, high-end feel for cosmetics and fragrance brands.
4. Electroplating
Full coverage with a metallic finish, corrosion-resistant, uniform gloss, and no color variation. Can be combined with screen printing or hot stamping (e.g., electroplated cap + foiled logo) to achieve a premium “metal base + refined branding” effect.
5. Frosted / Matte Finish
Creates a soft, mysterious look and hides minor imperfections, adding an elegant touch to skincare products. The fine matte texture is smooth with no granularity and provides excellent light-blocking properties, concealing liquid stratification or sediment inside the bottle.
