Spray Coating

Spray coating applies a uniform layer of colored paint or lacquer over the glass surface, available in glossy, matte, or gradient finishes. This technique allows for a wide range of color customization and helps mask glass imperfections while enhancing overall appearance.

Frosting (Sandblasting)

Frosting creates a smooth, matte, semi-transparent surface texture through chemical etching or sandblasting, giving glass bottles a soft, elegant, tactile appearance. It is often paired with printing or spraying for a refined, premium look and improved grip.

Silk Screen Printing

Silk screen printing applies logos, patterns, or text directly onto the glass surface using fine mesh stencils and specialized inks. It offers vibrant, precise color reproduction and excellent durability, ideal for brand logos and decorative patterns on cosmetic bottles and jars.

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping uses heat and pressure to transfer metallic foil (gold, silver, rose gold, etc.) onto the glass surface, creating a luxurious, reflective finish. It is widely used for premium branding, adding an elegant metallic accent to logos and text.

Electroplating

Electroplating deposits a thin metallic layer (such as gold, silver, or chrome) onto the glass or plastic components (caps, pumps, collars) through an electrochemical process, producing a mirror-like, high-end metallic finish that resists tarnishing and wear.
